Call To Scribble -- Inklings Publishing & Houston Writer's Guild Latest Short Story Contest

Call to Scribble? What's that? It's Inklings Publishing announcing a call for submission! Inklings Publishing, in collaboration with The Houston Writers Guild, will be curating their next anthology, Journey Into The Holidays. What's a call for submission without a little competition? Journey Into Time is a contest where all submissions will be reviewed by judges prior to selection, and did I mention there are cash prizes?
The contest begins May 1st, 2026 and submissions will close June 30th, 2026. Each submission will require a $30 entry fee--unless you have yourself a membership with Houston Writes Guild. All HWG members will receive $10 off their entry fee and only pay $20. If you are an HWG member, be sure to verify your membership is up to date!
