"Inklings Publishing is a small press organized under a traditional publisher model. Our goal is to create opportunities for authors to publish work, attend writing workshops and retreats at minimal expense to them, and build dynamic writing careers. We do this by publishing engaging, high quality works for a wide audience of readers. We publish the books we would love to read!"
~The official mission statement of Inklings Publishing
An introductory letter from Fern Brady, CEO of Inklings Publishing

Welcome Inkling's Fans,
What an amazing ride we have been on since we opened our doors in July 2013! Covid almost killed us, and many publishers closed their doors during the tough years around the epidemic. But we survived and are now poised to rev up our engines once more. We just signed on three new authors and have two novels ready to release in the fall and winter seasons.

Our team works tirelessly to keep the company going and growing. Lexi Gordon has been our acquisition editor and now is working with the new authors on their manuscripts as developmental editor. Rachel Connelly continues her work with her authors and has taken on the job of editor-in-chief of the Inklings Newsletter and our social media manager. Karina Sokulski has been with the company since 2015 as webmaster and chief graphics designers. Now, she is taking on a new role.

K.M. Sokulski is an amazing author, graphics designer and a new mom. Starting today, she will be the editorial director and chief contributor to Inklings Scribbles. Via this new addition to the Inklings lineup, you can discover our amazing authors, learn about the book publishing process, and engage in a lively discussion on a variety of writing and reading related topics.
We hope you will choose to subscribe and follow Inklings Scribbles and joining our Facebook and Instagram pages and adding your name to our newsletter. As we move forward in the coming years, you can stay informed about what is new and ask burning questions you may have about publishing, writing, and any of our cool reads.
Thank you for being a part of our journey as we Build a Legacy in Words.
Fern Brady,
President, CEO and Founder
