Friday Scribbles Open Mic is on the air and the floor is yours! November is almost over and so is the year. Rather than discuss our current goals this week, let's take the time to reflect on the hard work and progress we've made up until this point. Take some time today to look back on all of those documents, notes and saved files you've created this year out of sheer determination to see your projects realized.
Sometimes it can feel overwhelming when the year's coming to a close and we're still not done with out WIP's. We get so absorbed in what progress we haven't made that we forget to value what progress we have made. November's considered the month of gratitude because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Giving thanks isn't just about expressing gratitude for the people and things we have around us, but also what we have within in ourselves. As writers we have minds blessed bursting with creativity, a love for stories and an unrelenting interest in the human condition. How else would we be able to write such compelling characters?
Share with us what progress you've made across this year so far. What you've accomplished, how much closer you've come, we want to hear it all!
The mic is on and all yours, fellow readers and writers. Comment below and share with us the latest news!

An important note for next week: There will be no Inklings Open Mic next Friday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Scribble on, Inklingers!
